These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the purchase of esoteric products offered on this website. Purchasing any product implies acceptance of these terms and conditions by the user.

The products offered in this online store are esoteric, spiritual, or decorative in nature. It is understood that their use, interpretation, and results are personal and subjective, and we do not guarantee specific, miraculous, or curative results. These products are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, financial, or legal advice.

4. Prices and Payment Methods

Product prices are those indicated on the website at the time of purchase and include Value Added Tax (VAT).

Shipping costs will be added to the product prices, and these will be calculated and displayed before finalizing the order.

The accepted payment methods are those indicated at the time of order completion: credit or debit card payment gateway, PayPal, Klarna, Amazon Pay...

5. Shipping and Delivery Times

The estimated delivery time is 2-5 days. This timeframe is approximate and may be affected by circumstances beyond our control.

Returns and Cancellation Policy

1. Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days from the day on which you or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier, acquired physical possession of the products.

To exercise this right, you must notify us of your decision to withdraw from the contract through an unequivocal statement sent by email to info@esferamistica.eu

2. Return Conditions

Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with their packaging intact. Returns will not be accepted for products that have been handled, opened, used, or that do not retain their original packaging. 

Esoteric products, such as amulets, oils, candles, herbs, or incense, are considered hygiene or personal care items and, therefore, cannot be returned once their seal or packaging has been opened. This measure is taken to guarantee the safety and hygiene of all our customers.

You will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

3. Refund

Once we receive the returned products and verify that they meet the conditions, we will refund the full amount of the order (excluding original shipping costs) within a maximum of 14 calendar days. The refund will be issued using the same payment method you used for the purchase.

4. Defective or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we will cover all return and reshipping costs. You must inform us of the problem within 48 hours of receiving the package by sending an email to info@esferamistica.eu with photos of the product and packaging.
